WHO DESIGNS THE ITEMS IN THE SHOP?
I am the designer of all the items in the shop. I take great care and attention to detail in creating each and every item, ensuring that they are of the highest quality. From T-shirt and hoodie printing, to candle pouring and more, I do it all myself! The only exception is the enamel/acrylic pins, which are made with manufacturers overseas. I am passionate about my work and strive to create unique and beautiful items for my customers.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?
My return policy allows customers to return any item they are not satisfied with within a certain time period ( 14 days ) for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, customers should contact me obtain a return authorization. Once the returned item is received and inspected, I will process the refund or exchange as requested. Please note that certain items may be excluded from the return/refund policy, such as limited edition items or custom-made products or discounted items! For more information, please contact me.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, I do offer international shipping!
I use PostNL for my international shipments! They also ensure tracking number for every package.
HOW LONG DOES THE DISPATCH/DELIVERY TIME TAKE?
I dispatch every package between 5-8 working days after you placed your order!
The delivery typically takes 3-10 weeks to the USA/Canada/Australia, 2-8 weeks to the EU and UK, and 5-7 weeks to the rest of the world. However, please note that these are estimates and actual shipping times may vary depending on various factors such as the destination, customs, and local carriers. If you have any questions about the estimated shipping time for your order, please contact me!
HOW DO YOU PRICE YOUR POSTAGE?
The postage price is based on the weight of your order. To determine the shipping cost for your order, please add the items you are interested in to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. During the checkout process, you will be able to view the associated costs based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. If you have any questions or need assistance with calculating the shipping cost for your order, please contact me!
WHERE ARE YOUR PACKAGES SHIPPED FROM?
All packages are shipped from Hungary, which is located in central Europe.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
I currently accept two payment methods: Stripe and PayPal. Stripe is a secure and convenient way to pay with your credit or debit card, and PayPal allows you to pay with your PayPal balance or linked bank account. To choose your preferred payment method, simply select it during the checkout process and follow the instructions to complete your payment.
